No. As of early November of 2023, there are no indications that the Spanish authorities are planning to shutter the program in 2024. Despite the program coming under fire from one of Spain’s smaller, left-leaning political parties – Mas Pais – in May of this year, the program’s future is presently looking secure.

The Spanish Golden Visa – and the €350,000 commercial offering with its reduced capital outlay, in particular – has also been receiving renewed interest since the Portuguese Golden Visa became substantially more restrictive in 2023.
